The plug has a retaining sleeve (300) mounted on a pin rod (230) such that axially, a frontal face of the sleeve abuts against a collar (260) on the rod, and radially, an outer surface of the sleeve directly contacts an inner wall of a central bore (142) of a plug body (100). A locking ring is secured to the rod such that axially, the sleeve is clamped between the collar and the ring while leaving a freedom degree in rotation between the plug and the pin, if necessary. Attaching units directly secure the sleeve to the body at a point of its contact with the inner wall. The attaching units comprise a snap connection with teeth cooperating with a homologous groove.
