PURPOSE: An exhaust gas purification filter with various functions and an exhaust gas purification device using the same are provided to minimize time to reach SCR operating temperature with increasing a rate of NO2 and NOx. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas purification filter with various functions comprises a gas inflow line (320) with a plurality of channels, a gas outflow line (350), and oxidation catalysts coatings (330, 360). The plurality of channels is axially extended, and formed into a cross-sectional shape by a gas permeation wall (310). As to the gas inflow and outflow lines, each channel is installed at upper or downstream of a gas flow direction. Each gas inflow line is surrounded by the gas outflow line. The oxidation catalysts coatings are coated on an inner surface of the gas inflow and outflow lines.
