PURPOSE: A laser device is provided to enhance the usability and the reliability of products. CONSTITUTION: A laser device (10) includes a base plate (200), a fluid supply part (240), a cooling part and a heating part. The base plate arranges a pump chamber, a reflective mirror and an output mirror, and forms a fluid path within its internal space. The fluid supply part, connected to the base plate, stores the fluid supplied to the fluid path so that the temperature of the base template is adjusted. The cooling part and the heating part cools and heats the fluid stored by the fluid supply part, respectively.
