PURPOSE: A multi-purpose cleaning unit for easily removing foreign substances from a drain is provided to enable users to effectively and hygienically remove foreign substances from a drain without touching the drain by using a cleaning brush which moves back and forth inside the drain. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose cleaning unit for easily removing foreign substances from a drain comprises a main body handle, a joint part (20), a cleaning brush (30), a foreign substance removal device (40), and a foreign substance removal device handle (50). The joint part is made of a flexible material which automatically adjusts the angle according to the internal structure of a drain. The cleaning brush is formed on the front of the joint part to scratch and wipe up foreign substances inside the drain. The foreign substance removal device is arranged between the joint part and the main body handle to enable users to remove foreign substances without touching the foreign substances.
