PURPOSE: An urban type of a pumping-up power generation system is provided to minimize energy being used to pump water up to a high level place. CONSTITUTION: An urban type of a pumping-up power generation system comprises a water lift pipe (1), a water lift pump (2), a compressor (3), an air tube (4), and an air bubble pipe (6). The air tube is connected to the compressor. The air bubble pipe comprises several discharge holes (5) for air bubbles.
