摘要 PURPOSE: A photovoltaic device additionally using wind power is provided to compress wind power in a rotary drum rotated by wind power, thereby rotating the rotary drum with stronger ejection power. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a photovoltaic device additionally using wind power is as follows. Wind sent in wind power storage recess units formed between second rotary blades is supplied to a pressing chamber composed of curved walls while a second inlet which is protruding downwardly between partitions (117) on the lower side of a photovoltaic power generation plate (105) and a supporting wall are surrounded with a housing unit (245). Hinges are connected to a section on a side of the pressing chamber and an outer section of a second rotary drum respectively in order to maintain second rotary blades. A joining stand is protruding on an edge portion of the second rotary blade, and a spring is assembled on the edge portion of the second rotary blade and penetrated through the second rotary drum. Wind power is supplied to a guide rod penetrating through a through-hole recess on the supporting walls of the second rotary blades so that the second rotary blades are driven.
