<p>PURPOSE: A monitoring system of electric furnace molten metal level is provided to monitor the molten level in an electric furnace in real time by using a sensor adhered to the surface of furnace. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring system of electric furnace molten metal level includes a sensor unit (110), a sensor value input unit (120), and a molten level estimating unit (130). The sensor unit is adhered to the surface of electric furnace and obtains a strain signal and a temperature signal. The sensor value input unit collects the strain signal and the temperature signal which are obtained by the sensor unit. The molten metal level estimating unit estimates the molten metal level of electric furnace by using the strain signal and the temperature signal which are transferred from the sensor value input unit. The molten metal level estimating unit estimates the molten metal level by removing a noise and a direct current (DC) offset, which are generated by the change of electric furnace surround temperature, from the strain signal.
