PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composition for treating atopic dermatitis is provided to prevent itching and inflammation and to alleviate allergy with a whitening effect by dissolving sodium hydrogen carbonate in purified water prepared through rice flour precipitation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for treating atopic dermatitis comprises the steps of: finely pulverizing rice and obtaining rice flour; precipitating 12-18 g of the rice flour in 2 L of water; removing precipitated rice flour and collecting purified water; and dissolving 30-40 g of sodium hydrogen carbonate in purified water. |
