PURPOSE: A recombinant PR8 virus is provided to show high productivity in embryonated eggs (chicken embryos), high immunogenicity in mammals, and non-pathogenicity in birds and mammals, thereby being used as a live vaccine as well as an inactivated vaccine. CONSTITUTION: A nucleoprotein (NP) amino acid molecule of influenza virus has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 18. The influenza virus is H5N1 influenza virus. A gene encodes the amino acid molecule. An expression vector contains the gene encoding the amino acid molecule. A composition for enhancing influenza virus replication in chicken embryos contains the amino acid molecule or the gene encoding the same.
