TOUCH PANEL WITH UNIFORM TOUCH INPUT SENSITIVITY

PURPOSE: A touch panel having equal touch input sensitivities is provided to change the size of changes of the capacitance of a specific touch node according to coordinates of a touch input position. CONSTITUTION: A sensing electrode includes a main electrode unit (SS) extended in a direction and branch electrode units (SB1-SB8) branched from branch points of the main electrode. The branch electrode units have a whirlpool shape and an operating electrode cell included in an operating electrode is extended in an extension direction of the branch electrode units. The branch electrode units are composed of a first and a second segments. The first segment is on a first surface of two surfaces divided by a virtual line extending an end and the other end of the branch electrode units and the second segment is on a second surface.
