PURPOSE: A chute liner for a conveyer belt is provided to enable a separation or loosening preventing function to be strengthened even when a ceramic member attached on the outmost portion collides with coal or limestone, thereby extending lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A chute liner (100) for a conveyer belt includes a steel base (110), a ceramic member (120), a buffer rubber (130), and a high-strength sponge layer (140). A plurality of bolts (111) is welded on one surface of the steel base. The ceramic members standardized into a specific shape form a predetermined pattern on the top surface of the steel base. The buffer rubber functions as a joining medium which is charged and solidified on the underside of the ceramic member. The high-strength sponge layer is interposed between the buffer rubber and the steel base, thereby strengthening the absorption of impact on the ceramic member. |
