COMPOSITION WITH SKIN LIGHTENING AND MOISTURIZING EFFECTS CONTAINING FERMENTATIVE EXTRACT OF CHANGSHAN AND THE METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A functional composition containing a fermented Dichroa febrifuga root extract and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain soap with whitening and moisturizing effects using plant-derived natural products. CONSTITUTION: A functional composition for whitening and moisturizing effects contains a fermented Dichroa febrifuga extract. The composition is manufactured in various types of external use formulations such as liquid and solid soap, a cosmetic product, and an ointment. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises the steps of: extracting Dichroa febrifuga roots and preparing a Dichroa febrifuga root extract; fermenting the extract; and mixing the fermented extract and raw materials.
