摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an inorganic foaming mold at a room temperature using magnesia and a hardener of the magnesia is provided not to require a huge reactor like an autoclave and a prolonged reaction condition for hardening and to have excellent water resistance and compressive strength with a light weight using an inorganic binder of a geopolymer without a macromolecular binder, thereby being used for an insulating material, a sound insulator and a fireproof material in order to replace a foam polymer resin having flammability or the lightweight foamed concrete of an ALC(Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete). CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an inorganic foaming mold at a room temperature using magnesia and a hardener of the magnesia includes following steps. In a foam making step, a foaming agent which is a source for foams is diluted in order to provide a lot of micro foams to an inorganic mold, and a foam making means is utilized to form a lot of micro foams using a diluted foaming agent. In a magnesia slurry forming step, magnesia powder which is an initial material of a nonflammable inorganic foaming mold becomes fluid in an aqueous condition. In a magnesia hardener dissolving step, the hardener of the magnesia is dissolved. In a mixing step, the foams made in the foam making step and the hardener diluted with a magnesia slurry are mixed. In a molding step, the slurry in which the magnesia, the hardener of the magnesia and the micro foams are equally mixed is poured into a mold in order to have a fixed shape. In a drying step, moisture included in the mold is removed.
