PURPOSE: A water pressure controller is provided to prevent a waste of water by facilitating the control of water pressure using a diaphragm and to prevent water from splashed due to the sudden high pressure of water. CONSTITUTION: A water pressure controller comprises an inlet (11), a diaphragm (12), and an outlet (13). The diaphragm is mounted under the inlet and controls water pressure into five stages. The outlet discharges water through the diaphragm and filters foreign substances from water using a filter.
