PURPOSE: A wearable character wallet and the structure thereof are provided with a space for smartphone accessories, a space for transport cards and a space for others which are convenient for using public transport. CONSTITUTION: A wearable character wallet and the structure thereof include a latch which has a spring for a bracelet. The latch comprises a first blade, at least one a second blade (1) which is connected to the first blade in an articulated manner, at least one push part which can be operated when elastic elements for spreading the latch are operated, and at least one stop part (11) for limiting the size of the push part along the axis line.
