The digital menu expressing means outputs the color of the sitotoxism resistance index as the predetermined layout, obtains the temperature and humidity information, and transmits an operation signal to a wind fan (500) and an air conditioner (550) depending on the temperature and humidity. A sensor unit (400) is installed inside the feeding facility or kitchen and senses the temperature and humidity.
