PURPOSE: A pill containing red sea cucumber is provided to remove fats, to enhance immunity and anticancer, anti-diabetes, and anti-stress effects, and to prevent hypertension using red sea cucumber powder containing a large amount of saponin. CONSTITUTION: A pill containing red sea cucumber contains red sea cucumber powder, ginseng powder, Dioscorea batatas, Polygoni multiflori Radix, glutinous rice powder, oligosaccharides, and purified water. A method for manufacturing the pills comprises the steps of: mixing the red sea cucumber powder, the ginseng powder, Dioscorea batatas, Polygoni multiflori Radix, glutinous rice powder, and oligosaccharides to prepare a mixture (S101); extruding the mixture (S103); cutting the mixture (S105); putting the cut mixture into a container for manufacturing pills and molding the pills (S107); and drying the molded pills (S109).
