PURPOSE: A direct fire cooker including a ceramic heating element is provided to be used in the indoor without a forced exhaust device by suppressing the generation of smoke or smell in a direct fire roasting process and to shorten cooking times by evenly heating inside and outside of food in a far-infrared ray mode. CONSTITUTION: A direct fire cooker (100) including a ceramic heating element comprises a cooking pan (101), a ceramic heating element (102), and a heat circulating cap (103). A through-hole is formed in the center of the cooking pan. The ceramic heating element includes a heating unit and a heat guide unit. The ceramic heating element is directly heated by fire and heats the cooking pan. The heat guide unit is extended from the heating unit and is protruded to the top of the cooking pan through the through-hole. The heat circulating cap is arranged on the top of the heat guide unit. The heat progressing to the top of the cooking pan through the heat guide unit is downwardly progressed by the heat circulating cap and heats the upper surface on the cooking pan. |
