PURPOSE: A device for cooking of heating a tteokbokki (rice cakes in hot sauce) in a boiling water and cooking an eomuk (fish cakes) at the same time and a recipe for cooking the tteokbokki and the eomuk concurrently using thereof are provided of the tteokbokki not to stay in a container floor by cooking the tteokbokki in a boiling water. CONSTITUTION: A device for cooking of heating a tteokbokki (rice cakes in hot sauce) in a boiling water and cooking an eomuk (fish cakes) comprises an eomuk container (10) and a tteokbokki container (20). A meat juice and an eomuk are put into an inside of the eomuk container, and cooked by heating up with electricity. The tteokbokki container is installed in an entrance of the eomuk container. The tteokbokki container is delivered a heat by a bottom surface contacting with the meat juice contained in the eomuk container. The eomuk and the tteokbokki are cooked at the same time by cooking the tteokbokki in a boiling water.
