A method for processing image signal including image obtaining part and image reading part, and an apparatus thereof are provided to effectively perform image obtaining about an object positioned inside a focal distance of an image obtaining part. An image is obtained(61). A color space signal is generated from the obtained image. The obtained image is read by using a color space signal of the shortest wavelength band among color space signals generated from the obtained image(63). When the obtained image is read, two dimensional image of the obtained image is effectively read. When an image is obtained, an image obtaining part generates a color space signal of the shortest wavelength band in case a color image like two dimensional mobile code is not necessary. |
