<p>PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal of rear surface call method and a receiving method thereof are provided to enable a user to call by telephone as preventing foreign substances like face oil or cosmetics from being stained on a liquid crystal glass of a screen display part. CONSTITUTION: A control part (180) receives a constant call acceptance signal. The control part converts a screen display part into an inactive state or a screen lock state as operating a call speaker. The control part receives a terminal rotation or slope change signal of preestablished range from a detection sensor part which can detect the rotation or slope change of the terminal. The control part converts the screen display part of active state into an inactive or screen lock state.
