PURPOSE: A groupware service providing method for providing advertisement content and a system thereof are provided to supply various functions according to the advertisement content. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal transmits login information to a groupware server (S110). The groupware server determines user right information and advertisement distribution information including one or more of the number, size, and position of advertisement content by using user information matched with the login information. A groupware service is provided to the user terminal according to the user right information so that the groupware server displays the content according to the advertisement distribution information including voice provider information matched with voice advertisement information (S150). The groupware server confirms exposure information of the advertisement content to store it by institution included in the user right information.
