PURPOSE: An alarming device for a driver is provided to improve the marketability of a vehicle and to prevent a driver from being distracted by alarming the driver of the dangerous situation of a driving vehicle through the vibration of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: An alarming device for a driver comprises a steering wheel(1), a vibrating unit(10), and a danger determining unit. The steering wheel comprises a circular rim(2), a hub cover(5), a pair of top spokes(3a,3b), and a pair of bottom spokes(4a,4b). The vibrating unit is equipped with an actuator(12) mounted between a pair of bottom spokes in order to vibrate the bottom spokes. The danger determining unit provides a driver with an image which displays information on the forward direction of a driving vehicle(V) and surrounding circumstances.
