PURPOSE: A cell cycle synchronization method in a nuclear donor cell which is used for producing a cloned animal is provided to increase the implantation rate of a cloned animal. CONSTITUTION: A cell cycle synchronization method in a nuclear donor cell comprises the steps of: preparing a nuclear donor cell; and culturing the nuclear donor cell in a medium containing 1-50 uM of ceramide for 12-72 hours. The nuclear donor cell is derived from mammalian cells exclusive of human.
