PURPOSE: A network-based method for providing goods and services is provided to motivate suppliers to actively promote a corresponding network server to their acquaintances and give commissions to the suppliers for the promotions and purchases through the network server, thereby drawing the suppliers to customers and activating electronic commerce through the network server. CONSTITUTION: A supplier writes and transmits a supplier application to a network server after connecting to a network server with a supplier terminal (S B1 step). The network server reviews the supplier application whether to approve the supplier terminal, and saves basic information of the supplier to a database if approving the application (S B2 step). The supplier terminal delivers a message encouraging a plurality of expected consumer terminals to submit a member registration application to the plurality of expected consumer terminals (S B3 step). After a customer terminal accesses to the network server, the customer terminal writes and transmits a customer registration application including basic information of a customer and a recommending supplier to the network server (S1). The network server reviews the customer registration application and saves the basic information and the recommending supplier in the customer registration application to a customer database if approving the application (S2). When the customer does a common purchase action and pays the cost, the network server calculates a part of the cost that the customer paid into a commission and transmits details of the calculation to the customer terminal (S3).
