PURPOSE: A refrigeration cycle device and an outdoor heat source unit are provided to perform high efficiency operation in the operation recovering discharge heat by forming a switching element inside an inverter to an element by a wide-band gap semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A refrigeration cycle device connects an outdoor heat source unit, an indoor unit, and a hot water supply unit. The individual operation for the air conditioning and the hot water supply are possible and the operation of recovering discharge heat is possible. The outdoor heat source unit includes a compressor (13) for compressing refrigerant, a refrigerant air heat exchanger (11) exchanging the heat of the refrigerant and the outdoor air, a blower (12) for cooling the refrigerant air heat exchanger, a control unit (17) including an inverter device (14) for driving the compressor, and a heat sink (19) for radiating the heat of the inverter device. A switching element (15) in the inverter device forms an element by a wide band gap semiconductor. |
