PURPOSE: A panel bonding method and a device thereof are provided to perform a bonding work while aligning bonded objects on a bonding location. CONSTITUTION: A panel align fixing unit(1) comprises a panel stage unit(10) and a vacuum backup unit(12). An align vision camera unit checks an align state of a panel, an align state of a panel connector, and an align state of bonded objects. A pick-up unit(6) grips the bonded objects. The pick-up unit rapidly transfers the bonded objects to a right location. A pressurizing tool(7) bonds the bonded objects each other while the bonded objects are aligned at a right location of the panel connector. |
