PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and device of a stick case for a tea stick are provided to improve the quality of a stick case by performing the adhesion process of the stick case through a rolling jig. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a stick case for a tea stick is as follows. Pores (3) are formed on a paper board (2a). A filter (5) is attached to one surface of the paper board to cut off the pores. The cross section of the paper board is gradually reduced in a transfer direction to have the outer diameter of a stick case, and the paper board is gradually rolled through a rolling jig.
