PURPOSE: A flame retardant resin composition is provided to obtain a flame retardant coating film with a low environmental load by a non-halogen composition, excellent flame retardancy and flexibility, and bleeding-out of a flame retardant at high temperature pressing. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant resin composition comprises a phosphrous-containing acrylate resin obtained by conducting a reaction between an acrylate compound and at least one selected from phosphorous-containing dicarboxylic acid represented by chemical formula 1 and anhydrides thereof; a carboxy group-containing resin having a one or more local structures selected from a bisphenol A structure, a bisphenol F structure, biphenol structure, a biphenol novolak structure, a bisxylenol structure, a biphenyl novolak structure, and a urethane structure; a thermosetting component; and a photopolymerization initiator. |
