摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bamboo sprout rice cake marinated pork ribs and bamboo sprout rice cake marinated pork ribs manufactured thereby are provided to manufacture bamboo sprout rice cake marinated pork ribs, to contain the dietary fiber by containing bamboo sprout and to add the biological activity and functionality of bamboo sprout by using with a specific content of pig parts and a specific content of a seasoning sauce. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bamboo sprout rice cake marinated pork ribs comprises: a step of preparing bamboo sprout preserved with salt; a step of adding pulverized garlic, pulverized leeks and pulverized carrot to ground pork and mixing to prepare a kneading material; a step of first pulverizing ginger, tumeric and ginseng in addition with refined rice wine, second pulverizing the first pulverized product in addition with boiled-down salt with Salicornia herbacea, and soy sauce, adding sugar, rice syrup, pepper and bamboo leaf powder to the second pulverized product and mixing egg and the mixture of refined rice wine to prepare a seasoning sauce; a step of mixing the kneading material and the seasoning sauce, and first kneading; and a step of adding bamboo sprout preserved with salt to the product, and second kneading.
