Provided is an operation lighting device with LEDs. The operation lighting device with the LEDs and optical fibers comprises a first LED (11a), a second LED (11b), fiber optical harnesses (13) and power supply devices (17a and 17b). The first LED (11a) is used for emitting white light with first color temperature, the second LED (11b) is used for emitting white light with second color temperature different from the first color temperature, the fiber optical harnesses (13) are used for transmitting the light generated by the first LED and the second LED to lighting outlets (20), and the power supply devices (17a and 17b) are suitable for supplying power for the LEDs (11a and 11b) with different currents. Therefore, power currents of the LEDs (11a and 11b) are changed, and the lighting outlets (20) are suitable for generating white light with adjustable color temperature within the range from the first color temperature to the second color temperature. |
