PURPOSE: A hair brush capable of easily removing foreign materials is provided to remove foreign materials placed in bristles by changing the shape of an elastic material to change the resilient membrane of the hair brush. CONSTITUTION: A hair brush capable of easily removing foreign materials comprises: a main body(100); an elastic member(120); a handle(110), and a resilient membrane(130). Bristles(121) are collected or spread about the center of the elastic material. The handle is formed on the bottom part of the main body, and the handle is capable of being rotated. The resilient membrane is formed on the elastic material, and bristles are formed on the resilient membrane.
