PURPOSE: An energy-saving freezing/refrigerating device having a complex defroster is provided to use hot water obtained from a defrosting water tank installing to prevent the overheating of refrigerant supplied from a compressor to a condenser without a wastewater processing facility or a separate hot water generator by changing it into air bubbles. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving freezing/refrigerating device having a complex defroster comprises an evaporation coil using hot water, a drain plate defrosting member, an evaporation coil defrosting member using hot gas, and a drain plate defrosting member. The evaporation coil and the drain plate defrosting member are installed at a spot of a hot water supply line and include an air bubble generator (5) generating air bubbles in the hot water supplies to a header for supplying hot water. The evaporation coil defrosting member includes an inner branch pipe (24) supplying hot gas (refrigerant) of high temperature and high pressure to the evaporation coil of an evaporator as the gas of high temperature and high pressure passed through a compressor (200) is divided from the front end of a first branch refrigerant line (71), and a bypass branch pipe (25) bypassing an expansion valve (400). The drain plate defrosting member includes a second branch refrigerant line (75) divided from a spot of a second refrigerant line in which the rear end of the bypass branch pipe or the bypass branch pipe is connected and supplying hot gas of high temperature and high pressure to the evaporation coil for a drain plate installed to the drain plate. The energy-saving freezing/refrigerating device having the complex defroster defrosts the evaporation coil and the drain plate by using the hot water or the hot gas in which the air bubbles are included in the normal operation or defrosting operation.
