PURPOSE: A separator for a net structure fuel cell is provided to obtain a low weight thin film without using a specific polymer material and a conductive carbon material of high costs. CONSTITUTION: A separator for a net structure fuel cell comprises two blends each of which has a conductive carbon material and a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin with a different mixing ratio from each other. A manufacturing method of the separator for a net structure fuel cell comprises a step of mixing two raw materials each of which has a conductive carbon material and a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin with a different mixing ratio from each other; a step of molding a sheet by putting the raw materials in a net shape into a mold and pressurizing the raw material; and a step of putting the molded sheet in a mold with a fluid path and compression-molding the sheet.
