PURPOSE: A roll-on and roll-off system is provided to return the discharge from a pump to a tank by using a no-load hydraulic circuit when the roll-on and roll-off system is not operated, thereby improving the lifetime of the pump composing a hydraulic generating system and preventing an increase of the temperature of oil. CONSTITUTION: A roll-on and roll-off system includes lamps (110), cylinders (120), and hydraulic pressure generators (130). Each end portion of the lamps is joined to decks respectively to be rotated. The cylinders are connected to the lamps and rotate the lamp by pulling or pushing the lamps. The hydraulic generating devices supply oil to the cylinders respectively and operate the cylinders. |
