PURPOSE: A twin roll strip casting device is provided to seal a gap between a casting roll and an edge dam for preventing leakage of molten steel which is accommodated between a pair of casting rolls. CONSTITUTION: A twin roll strip casting device comprises a pair of casting rolls, an edge dam(40), and a molten steel film. The pair of casting rolls manufactures molten steel into a thin plate by passing through a separated gap. The edge dam is installed to block both sides between the casting rolls. The molten steel film is formed in an area where the casting roll and the edge dam are contacted. |
