PURPOSE: A mobile router, a traffic management server, and a data transmitting/receiving method thereof use multiple wide area networks as a wireless backhaul, increasing the data transmission rate of a mobile router. CONSTITUTION: A LAN (local area network) module (310) receives uplink data through a LAN from a terminal. A traffic controller (320) generates multiple uplink data packets by dispersing the uplink data. A WAN (wide area network) module (330) performs uplink transmission by dispersing the multiple uplink data packets into multiple WANs. The WAN module comprises a buffer for each of the multiple WANs. The traffic controller monitors the buffer for each of the multiple WANs. The traffic controller disperses the multiple uplink data packet into the multiple WANs according to the state of the buffer.
