PURPOSE: A bumper beam for a vehicle enables collision impact from being ideally absorbed and dispersed by leading a stably deformation pattern when the bumper beam is transformed due to the collision by evenly heating a forming corner unit on the upper side and the lower side with heat in a predetermined range and partially improving rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A bumper beam (1) for a vehicle includes a front surface (3), an upper surface (7), and a lower surface (9). The front surface forms a fixed curvature and faces the front. A forming corner unit (A) is individually formed from the upper side and the lower side of the front surface in the same right angle direction and is formed by being bent. A groove unit (5) facing the rear in the longitudinal direction the bumper beam is formed on the center of the front surface at a predetermined depth. The forming corner unit is formed as a heat treatment unit (HT) evenly treated with heat within a predetermined range along the longitudinal direction of the bumper beam. The upper surface and the lower surface form a flange facing a vertical direction on the end of the bumper beam.
