The sheeting device has two sheeting plates (5,8,14) arranged opposite to each other and struts arranged between the sheeting plates. The struts are provided to hold the sheeting plates at a distance. A rear edge (15) of the sheeting plate runs diagonally such that a lower edge of the sheeting plate is shorter than an upper edge of the sheeting plate.
