PURPOSE: An application system, a control system, and a user terminal control method thereof are provided to automatically execute the use control of a user terminal when the location of a user is not matched with the user terminal. CONSTITUTION: An event sensing module (120) senses the occurrence of a monitoring event generated in a user terminal. When the monitoring event is generated, a control module (110) controls the use of the user terminal based on the comparing the result of a second location in a mobile terminal corresponding to the user terminal with a first location. The control system corresponding to an application system transmits an alarm signal indicating the occurrence of the monitoring event to the mobile terminal. When a control request signal inputted by the mobile terminal is transmitted to the control system, the control system transmits the control signal.
