PURPOSE: A real time clock (RTC) module and a computer system including the same are provided to offer minute time information to a host by enhancing resolution of time data which is produced by an RTC device. CONSTITUTION: An RTC clock generation unit (210) produces a system clock signal which is necessary for an operation of an RTC device. An RTC connector (230) transfers RTC data in which the RTC device produces according to the system clock signal to a host and produces a sync signal according to the RTC data. An RTC detail data generation unit (240) produces a detail data signal for the time of a small unit than 1 second according to the sync signal. The RTC connector senses the state of second data among the RTC data and produces the sync signal. If the sync signal is in the rising edge state, the RTC detail data generation unit produces the detail data signal.
