The invention relate to a device (1) which is to be mounted on a wall (2) and is used for forming a partition through which elongate members (3, 4) extend, forming, at least at the penetration point of the elongate members (3, 4), a sealed connection between the two volumes defined by the partition. Said device (1) is characterized in that the same comprises a textile complex (5) through which the elongate members (3, 4) extend and which includes at least one textile web (6), at least one of the surfaces of said web being covered with a coating layer (7) that can shrink so as to substantially fit tightly around the periphery of an elongate member (3, 4) penetrating the partition and to ensure the tightness of the partition once the elongate member (3, 4) is withdrawn.
