PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of highly condensing water including radioactive materials and effectively cooling the high temperature water including radioactive materials.SOLUTION: A device for separating membrane is characterized by including a membrane module packaged in a zeolite membrane including a zeolite which molar ratio of SiO/AlOis ≥5, a pump for supplying a processed liquid to the membrane module, a device for collecting and recovering water vapor which is permeated through the membrane, and a device for finely filtering which is made by metals or ceramics.
