PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of appropriately using electric power output from a distributed power source, and to provide an energy management method and distributed power source used therefor.SOLUTION: A control section 230 applies a first control mode for calculating target power from a value detected by an ammeter 181 or a second control mode for calculating target power from a value detected by an ammeter 182 as load follow-up control of a fuel cell unit 150.
