PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooding prevention device which can be installed easily in a short time and is low-priced without impairing the appearance.SOLUTION: A flooding prevention device 11 comprises a laterally long accommodation box 13 which is buried in a bottom face 27 of an opening part 25 while making both length direction end portions 29 proximate to right and left counter faces 31 of the opening part 25, a pair of outer frames 15 accommodated along a length direction of the accommodation box 13 and abutted to the right and left counter faces 31 while rising inside of the accommodation box 13, a pair of inner frames 17 accommodated along the length direction of the accommodation box 13 and raised along the inside of the outer frames 15, a sheet 19 of which a lower edge part 53 is fixed to the accommodation box 13 and right and left side edge parts are held between the outer frames 15 and the inner frames 17, an inner frame fixing member which is accommodated in the accommodation box 13 and presses the pair of inner frames 17 holding the right and left side edge parts of the sheet 19 with the outer frames 15 onto the right and left counter surfaces 31, and a cover which covers an upper opening 23 of the accommodation box 13. |
