PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of effectively assisting by an electric motor, in constant speed control which keeps the rotation speed of an internal combustion engine constant.SOLUTION: A hybrid working vehicle includes: an internal combustion engine E which supplies drive force to a travelling device 2 and a working device 9 through a power transmission shaft 30; a motor generator 4 which assists the internal combustion engine E by outputting power to the power transmission shaft 30; and a battery B which receives charged power by the motor generator 4 and gives drive electric power to the motor generator 4. A load information generating part 51 generates load information indicating a rotation load which the internal combustion engine E receives in a constant speed control mode for keeping the rotation speed of the internal combustion engine E constant, based on input parameter. An assist calculation part 52 calculates an assist amount to the internal combustion engine E by the motor generator 4 based on the load information in the constant speed control mode. |
