PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine structured to prevent a supercharger from reaching allowable engine speed without enlarging the supercharger to which exhaust gas is first supplied.SOLUTION: A marine engine 1 includes an exhaust manifold 71, a second supercharger 24, a supercharger coupling pipe 41, a first supercharger 22, a bypass pipe 42, and a delivery valve 43. In the supercharger coupling pipe 41, exhaust gas coming from the second supercharger 24 to the first supercharger 22 flows. The bypass pipe 42 couples the exhaust manifold 71 with the supercharger coupling pipe 41, and the exhaust gas coming from the exhaust manifold 71 to the supercharger coupling pipe 41 flows in it. The delivery valve 43 is mounted on the bypass pipe 42 and adjusts a quantity of the exhaust gas sent to the supercharger coupling pipe 41. |
