PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and beverage composition which is excellent in safety, capable of being used continuously, further improved in useful effect such as antiallergic action of lactobacillus belonging to lactobacillus/acidophilus, and expected to develop the effect in a short period of time: and to provide lactobacillus/acidophilus-containing food and beverage using the composition.SOLUTION: A food and beverage composition contains lactobacillus belonging to lactobacillus/acidophilus, and edible raw material being other than the lactobacillus and showing antiallergic action through oral intake, and is usable for various kinds of beverages and various kinds of foods such as candy, ice cream and powdered milk. |
