PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the instantaneous power consumption of an LSI may intensively increase at a timing in which a clock for an initializing operation is supplied in accordance with the transition of the power mode of a sub-system in a system LSI constituted of a plurality of sub-systems having the mechanism of power shutdown.SOLUTION: After the supply of a power is started for restoring first and second sub-systems 1 and 2, the supply timings of a clock for starting an initializing operation are made different about the first and second sub-systems such that the increase of power consumption during the initializing operation can be dispersed.
