PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes a long time to search information which is necessary for a task from electronic medical records displayed at a portable terminal.SOLUTION: An electronic medical record system includes: a portable terminal connected via a network by radio for detecting position information, and for displaying the medical examination information of a selected patient; and a server including storage means for storing user information having the occupational category information of each user, medical record information having the medical examination records of each patient and medical record display priority information specifying content to be displayed as medical examination information among the medical record information in accordance with the occupational category information and the position section of the portable terminal and control means for generating the medical examination information, and the server is connected via the network to the portable terminal. The portable terminal transmits the user identification information of the user and the position information of the portable terminal to the server. The control means edits the medical examination records of the selected patient on the basis of the user information and the occupational category information of the user corresponding to user identification information and the position section corresponding to the position information and the medical record display priority information, and generates medical examination information, and transmits the medical examination information to the portable terminal. The portable terminal displays the received medical examination information. |
